About these terms
These terms describe use of the Beanform storefront and its retail and business account features. If you have questions, contact info@beanform.com.
Accounts
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You may sign in using an email and password or, when available, Google. Account access is personal to the account holder. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Business access
Business applications create an account but do not immediately unlock wholesale features. Beanform reviews applications before approving access to business-only products, pricing, Custom Guides, and Custom Order Items. Business-specific product availability can vary by account.
Products and checkout
Products and options shown on the storefront are sourced from Shopify. Availability and product details may change. Checkout is handled by Shopify, and an order is not shown as paid here until payment can be confirmed. An order saved before checkout is completed is not proof of payment or fulfillment.
Saved guides and requests
Approved business accounts can save product guides for repeat ordering and send requests for custom items. A guide is a shopping aid, not a reservation or a completed order; items may become unavailable or change price. Sending a custom-item request does not place an order.
Questions about an order
For questions about an order, receipt, or account, email info@beanform.com with the relevant details. Please do not send payment card numbers by email.

We may update these terms as the storefront changes. The current version will be available on this page.
