Who this applies to
This policy describes how Beanform handles information when you use this storefront, including retail and business accounts. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@beanform.com.
Information you provide
When you create an account or order, we may receive your name, email address, order details, and information needed to fulfill your purchase. A business application also asks for a business name, contact details, operating needs, and locations. If you send a custom-order request, we receive the details you submit.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares account information needed to sign you in, such as your email address and basic profile details. Beanform uses that information for authentication and account access. We do not ask for access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or other Google account content. You can also use email and password to sign in.
How information is used
We use account information to provide sign-in, show eligible products and business pricing, review business applications, maintain saved guides and requests, and display your order history. Order and customer details may be shared with Shopify to process checkout, manage customers and orders, and make receipts available. Payment is completed through Shopify checkout.
Storage and service providers
The storefront uses account and order records to provide its services. Shopify handles commerce-related information, while Google is involved only when you choose Google sign-in. Your browser may store your cart and sign-in information so those features continue to work. Each provider may also process information under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can choose not to sign in with Google. To ask about your account information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@beanform.com. Some order information may need to remain available for transaction records.

We may update this policy as the storefront changes. The current version will be available on this page.
